WHY WE NEED TO CHANGE THE PROCEDURE
Due to the amount of spam, malware and non wanted ads which attach themselves to emails The following conditions below apply and will be automatically deleted without opening it. About 3/4 of the way down you will see our submission button with the email address to send your resume to us.
If the subject line of your email is left open and there is no subject or has the word RESUME only is in it, we will delete it without opening your resume.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

When e-mailing your resume, in the subject line please put your name, your state, your title, major products you currently sell or work in if in plant operationsOn all relocations we apply a salary calculator program, so you do not lose money in a relocation. Sometimes during the busy season, we are in a position of not entering you into our system as promptly as possible, the subject line information is used as a guideline for us to find you quickly in our two tiered saving system. If we have a position which you have the basic background in and the job will relocate you into there part of the country we use this as a guideline to call or not to call you to discuss it

here's what we do read:

Your current
income you are receiving now or if currently unemployed your last salary.
2. Your Income Expectations in the new assignment
3. Your Location Choices. Those specific areas you
would move to only.
4. Accomplishments -
when writing your accomplishments,
explain them with details such as how you
increased
sales, created new methods to improve production,
and how you got a promotion.
5. Relocation preferences -
before agreeing with
anything, make sure that you and your family will be
happy
with the place
of
residence assigned by the company, compensation,
benefits, amount of travel.
